Recommended Care Ipe: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Apply Penofin Verde to Ipe surfaces 1-2 times a year if desired (avoid non-Ipe surfaces). Untreated Ipe will turn silver gray with age. Dab at wet spills with a dry cloth.
Do not pressure wash.
Do not use linseeed oil or steel wool on Ipé.
As shown Sunbrella fabric: Regular cleaning and maintenance needed. Refer to "How to Clean" at sunbrella.com for stain removal info. If fabric appears to be fading, professional cleaning needed to remove imbedded dirt on fibers. (Code SUN, W, WS)
Cushion: Store in a dry area.
Warranty 5 yrs against all manufacturer defects
Sunbrella: 5 yr limited warranty against loss of color and strength, abrasion and pilling. Does not cover normal care and cleaning, damage from misuse or abuse, improper installation or cost associated with replacement including labor and installation
